Emmanuel
Emmanuel Roy-Allain completed his law studies at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM) in the spring of 2020, and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in April 2022. In September 2021, he began his legal career with our firm as an articling student, quickly demonstrating a particular interest in immigration law, with a marked specialization in the protection of refugees and asylum seekers.
Since his call to the Bar, Mr. Roy-Allain has distinguished himself by his humane and rigorous approach, combining solid legal expertise with deep compassion for his clients. He understands the unique challenges faced by refugees and strives to provide them with quality legal support, ensuring that their rights are protected throughout the complex asylum process.
Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, Me Roy-Allain uses his knowledge to accompany each client with the utmost diligence, always seeking to achieve the best possible results in often delicate and urgent situations. Indhira
Indhira Mena is a professional with a strong background in law and international business. She began her academic career at Tompkins Cortland Community College in Ithaca, New York, where she studied international business. She then earned her law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and completed a postgraduate degree in real estate law in 2017.
Since graduating, Indhira has gained extensive experience working in major law firms in the Dominican Republic, where she specialized in corporate, inheritance and real estate law. Throughout her career, she has handled complex estate reorganization cases, particularly in the tourist areas of the country, and has represented companies in immigration matters for their foreign employees.
In Canada, she joined SR Avocats, Inc. where she is currently the Director of Business Immigration. In her role, she works on a wide range of economic immigration cases, from permanent residence applications to various types of temporary visas. In addition, Indhira is in the process of obtaining the equivalency of her law degree from the Quebec Bar Association, which will allow her to fully practice law in Canada.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth leads our administrative department with expertise and passion. Originally from Venezuela, she holds a degree in accounting from her home country and has over 20 years of experience as an accomplished businesswoman.
Recognized for her expertise in accounting and boundless energy, Elizabeth embodies efficiency and dedication in administrative management. She provides our clients with a professional yet warm experience, ensuring the smooth handling of this essential task.
